Good base for overnight stay in London. Cosy room with a balcony and super-friendly staff. Very impressed with central heating and multi-channel TV available. Incredible location, close to New West End Synagogue.

Location near the underground tube and restaurants near by and Bayswater tube station or Queensway. Good-sized and spotless room with a balcony, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

I chose this place for a quick getaway to explore Hyde Park and nearby attractions. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to both Queensway and Bayswater stations, making it easy to navigate the city. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me. the space was a bit tight, and I did experience some noise from other guests at night.

This stay offered a fantastic location in the bustling Bayswater area. The compact Budget Double Room was clean and well laid out. The overall experience was marred by a failure in handling late check-ins, alongside issues with cleanliness and maintenance in some rooms, alarming and disappointing.

We stayed at the nd for 3 nights and loved the location, just off a main road , made getting around easy. The staff was super helpful-they even solved our cash payment issue! We wanted to check out early, and he came to the room to return our money. That's service you rarely see.

Location near green spaces makes for easy strolls around Hyde Park. Room had twin beds and solid water pressure-a small win in an otherwise cramped setup.

The room itself was cramped for four people, lacking proper space for luggage, and the dusty shelves reminded me of an afterthought. Bathroom was ridiculously tiny, with awkward positioning needed just to use the toilet. Windows were a hassle, as opening them meant balancing on the sill due to chain closures, and the noise from the stairs was a constant annoyance. The room had several broken items upon arrival, raising concerns about the type of upkeep this place gets.

The homemade pizza at Bayswater Arms was an absolute gem, best enjoyed with a pint! Plus, the strong Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my London wanderings, and the prime location made it easy to explore iconic sites.

The walls were a tad paper-thin, so if you're after peace and quiet, think again. The heating in the room didn't quite do the job.

The location was the star! Just a short walk to Bayswater tube. The room was cozy but a bit too small for 4. Could've used more storage for bags. 😅

staying here made my weekend so enjoyable as i could easily stroll through hyde park, just over a kilometer away, and visit the fine kensington palace within a short walk.

We enjoyed a cozy night in a budget double room, perfect for our short visit. The bathroom included essential amenities, though a bit snug. Highly recommend exploring nearby eateries for delicious meals. Tip, Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to city sounds!

I loved the strong Wi-Fi connection and the fact that our room was pristine! The shower was fantastic with great water pressure, and it definitely made our stay more enjoyable. I'd certainly come back!
